We designed Grail Skincare Tracker to be a privacy-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our own servers or any third-party servers. All the data you enter into the App—including product names, opening dates, PAO (Period After Opening) values, and your empties history—is stored locally on your device (and securely synced via your personal Apple iCloud account if enabled). We have no access to your skincare data.
To use the core features of the App, you may grant it permission to access your device's Camera and Photo Library. This permission is used strictly to allow you to take or upload photos of your skincare products for your digital vanity.
To provide you with our "Beauty Coach" expiry alerts, the App asks for permission to send you notifications. These notifications are scheduled and processed locally on your device. We do not use remote push notification servers, meaning we do not track when or if you receive these alerts.
Our App offers a Pro version through In-App Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple via App Store (StoreKit).
We do not integrate any third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs (such as Facebook or Google Analytics) into our App. Your usage behavior within the App is not tracked or monetized.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since all data is stored locally, no child's data is ever transmitted to us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
